Granite

Granite is the hardest and most durable of all types of stone and is characterized by an even grainy texture.  Granite is an igneous stone and is formed from magma cooled beneath the earth’s surface. The wide variation of colors and crystalline textures in granite originate from additional minerals introduced to the cooling stone.

As granite is beautiful, easy to care for and extremely durable, it is ideal for kitchen countertops and other home applications.
